The company initially launched its product - the Personal Health Record in November 2004. MediKeeper's corporate headquarters are in San Diego, California. Personal Health Labs is located in Honolulu, Hawaii.

The MediKeeper site is solely funded by MediKeeper Inc., a privately held company.
